products to scheduling and keeping track of veterinarian appointments.

40-minute interviews were conducted with users to understand their current approach to scheduling veterinary or pet shop appointments for their pets.
The interview questions were designed based on prior research conducted with pet owners in Portugal, ensuring alignment with local needs and behaviors. The interview participants were selected to reflect the product’s target audience, tech-savvy individuals aged 25 to 35. Additionally, a wireframe developed through competitor analysis was presented to participants for usability testing and feedback.

SEARCH FIDINGS
Our search team identified the final subscribers (end users) facing significant problems with their CSPs. These issues were primarily related to service quality, connection speed, and network reliability.
By pinpointing these users, we focused on understanding their pain points and designing targeted interventions to enhance their experience and reduce churn risk.
